Corrugated Packaging Software System Added to the Russian Software Registry
The Opti-Corrugated software system, Opti-Corrugated, has been included in the Unified Register of Russian Software for Computers and Databases maintained by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development. Registry entry No. 35517 was created on October 5, 2026.
Opti-Corrugated is a comprehensive MES solution for corrugated packaging manufacturers. It integrates the company’s core business and production processes, from order intake and product design to manufacturing, warehouse management, and finished product shipment.
The system enables production planning and scheduling for corrugators and converting lines, optimizes sheet layouts and raw material consumption, identifies opportunities for combining orders to minimize trim waste, and generates production schedules. On the shop floor, Opti-Corrugated provides real-time equipment monitoring, downtime tracking, and order-level recording of actual paper and board consumption.
For production engineering and process preparation, the system supports process specifications and production routings, FEFCO and GOST standards, tooling management, and integration with CAD/CAM systems.
The system also provides warehouse management, quality control of raw materials and finished products, preventive maintenance and transportation planning, as well as optimization of finished-product loading for shipment. Opti-Corrugated can be integrated with the company’s ERP system and production equipment.
The inclusion of Opti-Corrugated in the Russian Software Register confirms its status as a domestically developed software product.
Opti-Corrugated is the third Opti-Soft product to be included in the Register, following Opti-Paper for the pulp and paper industry and Opti-Loading for optimizing finished-product loading.
