Opti-Paper Added to the Russian Software Register

The Opti-Paper software system, developed by OPTI-SOFT, has been included in the Unified Register of Russian Software for Computers and Databases maintained by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation. Register entry No. 34086 was created on July 4, 2026.
Opti-Paper is a specialized MES system for planning and managing paper and board production. The system provides end-to-end management of the production cycle, from order receipt to production and shipment of finished products, including production planning, cutting optimization, operational production accounting, quality control, warehouse accounting, and integration with production equipment.
According to the software classification of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, the system is classified as:
• manufacturing execution systems (MES);
• advanced planning and scheduling software (APS);
• information systems for industry-specific tasks.
The inclusion of Opti-Paper in the Russian Software Register confirms its status as a Russian software product and marks an important stage in the development of OPTI-SOFT’s industry-specific solutions for pulp and paper enterprises.
Today, Opti-Paper is successfully used by manufacturers of newsprint and office paper, board, tissue products, and specialty papers, helping improve the efficiency of production planning and manufacturing process management.
