Audit of business processes at Gotek Group of Companies
Gotek Group of Companies anounsed big digital transformation project (https://gotek.ru/news/339). On the first step of project special computer software Opti-Corrugated (Gofrotara) system will be impemented. Our system allows to solve such task as sales management, pre-production management, optimal production planning and others. On the second step of project the 1C:ERP system will be imlemented for remaining functions automation.
Pre-project survey will be held on 4 production enterprices of Group of Companies:
- Gotek Zheleznogorsk in Kursk region
- Gotek Center in Novomoskovks Tula region
- Gotek Nord-Ost in Saint-Peterburg
- Gotek Lebedyan in Lebedyan Lipetsk region.
Due the project the foreign software system OMP and EFI will be changed.
