The implementation of the Opti-Corrugated at AO "ARKHBUM" Uljanovsk branch
In 2023, the Ulyanovsk branch enterprise, part of the AO "ARKHBUM", began implementing the Opti-Corrugated software system. AO "ARKHBUM" is a subsidiary of Arkhangelsk pulp and paper mill.
Currently, ARKHBUM is one of the leading companies in the Russia with a staff of about a thousand people. The main company`s products are packaging cardboard, paper and corrugated cardboard products.
The Opti-Corrugated software system was selected as the leading product in Russia for planning and managing production of corrugated cardboard products. It completely replaced the foreign OMP system (Belgium).
Main project features:
- replacing management execution systems OMP and 1C;
- full integration with ERP-system SAP;
- full integration with BHS corrugator machine;
- connect to conversion machines with OWEN PLC200;
- WSA transportation line management via application COFAS;
- 30 users;
- corrugator machine operate and optimal planning;
- continuous planning of corrugator and conversion machines.
